✍🏼️Hanako Chirashi is one of my all time favourite dish! The bento box includes sockeye salmon, tuna, unagi, tamago, tako, ebi, hamachi, maguro, tobiko, hokigai, chopped scallops. It was incredibly savoury with fresh sashimi. Perfect when you mix up the rice with tobiko and scallops👌🏼
